1、GRC構(gòu)件按圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，在進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算時(shí)，不應(yīng)該分擔(dān)主體結(jié)構(gòu)所承受的荷載和作用，只應(yīng)考慮直接施加于其上的荷載和作用。

1. GRC members shall be designed according to the enclosure structure. During the structural design calculation, the loads and actions borne by the main structure shall not be shared, but only the loads and actions directly imposed on it shall be considered.

2、GRC構(gòu)件及其連接應(yīng)具有足夠的承載力、剛度和相對(duì)主體結(jié)構(gòu)的位移能力。

2. GRC members and their connections shall have sufficient bearing capacity, stiffness and displacement capacity relative to the main structure.

3、有抗震設(shè)計(jì)要求的GRC構(gòu)件，在設(shè)防裂地震作用下經(jīng)修理后，構(gòu)件應(yīng)仍可使用，在罕遇地震作用下，構(gòu)件不得脫落。

3. GRC members with seismic design requirements can still be used after being repaired under the action of anti crack earthquake. Under the action of rare earthquake, the members shall not fall off.

4、GRC構(gòu)件的設(shè)計(jì)，在重力荷載、設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)荷載、設(shè)防裂度地震作用、溫度作用和主體結(jié)構(gòu)變形影響下，應(yīng)具有性。

4. The design of GRC components shall be safe under the influence of gravity load, design wind load, seismic action with anti cracking degree, temperature action and deformation of main structure.

5、GRC構(gòu)件的預(yù)埋件、專用連接接件的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)符合JGJ133-2001要求，連接螺栓應(yīng)按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》（GRJ17)進(jìn)行承載力計(jì)算；構(gòu)件與專用連接件間的固定螺栓應(yīng)采用不銹鋼螺栓，其直徑不得小于10mm，專用連接件應(yīng)通過(guò)焊接與墻體預(yù)埋件或鋼構(gòu)件連接。

5. The design of embedded parts and special connectors of GRC components shall meet the requirements of JGJ133-2001, and the bearing capacity of connecting bolts shall be calculated according to the national standard Code for Design of Steel Structures (GRJ17); The fixing bolts between components and special connectors shall be stainless steel bolts with a diameter of no less than 10mm. Special connectors shall be connected with wall embedded parts or steel components by welding.

6、GRC構(gòu)件內(nèi)的預(yù)埋連接的截面尺寸不宜小于40mm*4mm，并應(yīng)經(jīng)熱鋅處理，預(yù)制構(gòu)件的上、下兩端連接板不應(yīng)小于2個(gè)，兩側(cè)的構(gòu)造連接板每側(cè)不少于2個(gè)，距上下端部距離不超過(guò)180mm，間距不超過(guò)500mm。

6. The section size of embedded connection in GRC component shall not be less than 40mm * 4mm, and shall be subject to hot zinc treatment. There shall be no less than 2 connecting plates at the upper and lower ends of the prefabricated component, and no less than 2 structural connecting plates at each side of the prefabricated component. The distance from the upper and lower ends shall not exceed 180mm, and the spacing shall not exceed 500mm.

7、GRC構(gòu)件就采用上下兩端緊固件固定的方式來(lái)進(jìn)行安裝固定。

7. GRC members are installed and fixed with fasteners at upper and lower ends.

8、當(dāng)GRC構(gòu)件與主體結(jié)構(gòu)間留有較大空間（或預(yù)制構(gòu)件離主體結(jié)構(gòu)較遠(yuǎn)時(shí)）可在構(gòu)件與主體結(jié)構(gòu)之間設(shè)置過(guò)渡鋼桁架或鋼伸臂。鋼桁架或鋼伸臂與主體結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)可靠連接，鋼桁可鋼伸臂應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按設(shè)計(jì)圖紙（或經(jīng)原設(shè)計(jì)單位審查通過(guò)的施工圖紙）進(jìn)行施工。

8. When there is a large space between GRC members and the main structure (or the prefabricated members are far away from the main structure), transition steel trusses or steel outriggers can be set between the members and the main structure. The steel truss or steel outrigger shall be reliably connected with the main structure, and the steel truss or steel outrigger shall be constructed in strict accordance with the design drawings (or construction drawings reviewed and approved by the original design unit).

9、GRC構(gòu)件予埋件連接時(shí)，應(yīng)采用其它可靠的連接措施，并通過(guò)試驗(yàn)確定其承載力，具體見(jiàn)確認(rèn)圖紙。

9. When connecting the embedded parts of GRC components, other reliable connection measures shall be taken, and the bearing capacity shall be determined through tests. See the confirmation drawings for details.

10、GRC構(gòu)件單體長(zhǎng)度不宜超過(guò)1.5mm，單位重量不宜超過(guò)60kg，壁厚不得小于20mm，超出上述規(guī)定，其連接件強(qiáng)度和數(shù)量應(yīng)重新進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)算。

10. The length of single GRC member should not exceed 1.5mm, the unit weight should not exceed 60kg, and the wall thickness should not be less than 20mm. If it exceeds the above provisions, the strength and quantity of its connectors should be re checked.
