1、GRC構件按圍護結構進行設計,在進行結構設計計算時,不應該分擔主體結構所承受的荷載和作用,只應考慮直接施加于其上的荷載和作用。
1. GRC members shall be designed according to the enclosure structure. During the structural design calculation, the loads and actions borne by the main structure shall not be shared, but only the loads and actions directly imposed on it shall be considered.
2、GRC構件及其連接應具有足夠的承載力、剛度和相對主體結構的位移能力。

5、GRC構件的預埋件、專用連接接件的設計應符合JGJ133-2001要求,連接螺栓應按標準設計規(guī)范進行承載力計算;構件與專用連接件間的固定螺栓應采用不銹鋼螺栓,其直徑不得小于10mm,專用連接件應通過焊接與墻體預埋件或鋼構件連接。

6、GRC構件內的預埋連接的截面尺寸不宜小于40mm*4mm,并應經熱鋅處理,預制構件的上、下兩端連接板不應小于2個,兩側的構造連接板每側不少于2個,距上下端部距離不超過180mm,間距不超過500mm。

7、GRC構件就采用上下兩端緊固件固定的方式來進行安裝固定。

8、當GRC構件與主體結構間留有較大空間(或預制構件離主體結構較遠時)可在構件與主體結構之間設置過渡鋼桁架或鋼伸臂。鋼桁架或鋼伸臂與主體結構應可靠連接,鋼桁可鋼伸臂應嚴格按設計圖紙(或經原設計單位審查通過的施工圖紙)進行施工。
8. 9、GRC構件予埋件連接時,應采用其它可靠的連接措施,并通過試驗確定其承載力,具體見確認圖紙。

10、GRC構件單體長度不宜超過1.5mm,單位重量不宜超過60kg,壁厚不得小于20mm,超出上述規(guī)定,其連接件強度和數(shù)量應重新進行強度驗算。
