1.耐堿玻璃纖維無捻粗紗：氧化鋯含量在14.5—16.5%，耐堿玻璃纖維短切紗，耐堿玻璃纖維網(wǎng)格布。

1. Alkali resistant glass fiber untwisted roving: zirconia content is 14.5-16.5%, alkali resistant glass fiber chopped yarn, alkali resistant glass fiber mesh cloth.

2.不低于42.5級(jí)的硫鋁鹽酸低堿水泥，不低于42.5級(jí)的普通硅酸鹽水泥，不低于42.5級(jí)的普通硅酸鹽白水泥。

2. Sulfur aluminum hydrochloric acid low alkali cement not lower than grade 42.5, ordinary portland cement not lower than grade 42.5 and ordinary Portland white cement not lower than grade 42.5.

3.硅砂，又名二氧化硅，或石英砂。硅含量應(yīng)占總量的95%以上，氯化物含量小于0.01%，含泥量不得大于1%。

4.外加劑：緩凝減水劑，抗老化劑，早強(qiáng)劑，防凍劑，除銹劑等。當(dāng)構(gòu)建中含有鋼制增強(qiáng)材料或者鋼制預(yù)埋件時(shí)，不得使用氧化鈣基的外加劑。

4. Admixtures: high efficiency retarding and water reducing agent, anti-aging agent, early strength agent, antifreeze agent, rust remover, etc. When the construction contains steel reinforcement materials or steel embedded parts, calcium oxide based admixtures shall not be used.

5.鋼筋。采用熱軋低碳鋼或不銹鋼，為有效阻止鋼筋生銹，宜采用鍍鋅鋼絲，直徑宜采用4-6mm，直徑允許偏差±0.07，鋅層重量不小于290g/㎡。

5. Reinforcement. Hot rolled low-carbon steel or stainless steel shall be used. In order to effectively prevent the rebar from rusting, galvanized steel wire shall be used. The diameter shall be 4-6mm, the allowable deviation of diameter shall be ± 0.07, and the weight of zinc layer shall not be less than 290g / ㎡.

GRC component installation method

根據(jù)施工圖紙，在待安裝GRC構(gòu)件的部位彈出定位線。粘貼時(shí)，網(wǎng)格布應(yīng)當(dāng)翻包，如有特殊情況可直接粘貼不翻包。采用薄層滿粘法進(jìn)行粘貼，用力擠壓構(gòu)件使砂漿從周邊溢出，粘接縫寬不大于3mm。粘結(jié)縫應(yīng)隨粘隨勾，灰縫飽滿，并保持構(gòu)件表面的整潔。

According to the construction drawings, snap the positioning line at the position where GRC components are to be installed. When pasting, the mesh cloth should be turned over. In case of special circumstances, it can be directly pasted without turning over. The thin layer full adhesion method shall be adopted for bonding, and the mortar shall be forced to overflow from the periphery by squeezing the component. The width of the bonding joint shall not be greater than 3mm. The bonding joint shall be hooked with the bonding, the mortar joint shall be full, and the surface of the component shall be kept clean.

安裝時(shí)，若需拼接，應(yīng)事先測(cè)量好拼裝尺寸和角度，并在平整地方進(jìn)行預(yù)拼裝，縫隙不大于3mm。粘結(jié)砂漿作拼接粘結(jié)材料，砂漿稠度可銷大些，采用薄層滿粘法進(jìn)行。拼接時(shí)要求稍微、均勻用力擠壓錘打，以使灰縫滿足要求。

During installation, if splicing is required, the assembly size and angle shall be measured in advance, and the pre assembly shall be carried out at a flat place with a gap of no more than 3mm. The bonding mortar is used as the bonding material for splicing. The consistency of the mortar can be increased. The thin layer full bonding method is adopted. During splicing, it is required to squeeze and hammer slightly and evenly to make the mortar joint meet the requirements.
