構(gòu)件是由水泥砂漿和耐堿玻璃纖維組成的復(fù)合材料,還含有外加劑和添加劑。它通常由水泥、纖維、聚合物、添加劑和其他材料組成??煊擦蜾X酸鹽水泥、低堿度硫鋁酸鹽水泥、普通硅酸鹽水泥和白色硅酸鹽水泥是常用的水泥品種。構(gòu)件材料中使用的纖維需要是耐堿玻璃纖維。

一、山東GRC構(gòu)件主要通過兩種方式制造:

1、噴射法:用手工或機(jī)械方法將纖維和漿料同時(shí)噴涂到模具上,可用于制作農(nóng)業(yè)構(gòu)件、桶、幕墻、通風(fēng)管道和模板等。

2、預(yù)拌法:纖維和漿體預(yù)拌好后,澆在模具上,一般是振動(dòng)??捎糜谥谱鲹蹶柊濉⒎N植盆、變電站房、接線盒、排水組件等。

GRC采用噴射法制造時(shí),水泥砂漿和切割好的AR-玻璃纖維同時(shí)從噴頭噴射到合適的模具上。水泥砂漿由可調(diào)泵送入噴槍,通過壓縮空氣分散成顆粒。將增強(qiáng)玻璃纖維粗紗喂入噴頭并切割成預(yù)定的長度,從而將短切原絲噴入分散的砂漿中,從而在模具上形成均勻的纖維砂漿層。

1.手動(dòng)噴射法:操作者直接將料流噴涂在模具表面,直到達(dá)到一定厚度。通過壓輥使料層和模具的形狀完全一致,水泥砂漿滲入纖維中排除空氣,使料層達(dá)到要求的密實(shí)度。

2. Mechanical jet method: mainly used to produce flat or shallow products. As the die moves on the roller table or horizontal conveyor belt, it passes through a lateral movement system equipped with nozzles. The fiber cement mortar mixture can be sprayed onto the mold.
3.噴射脫水法:機(jī)械噴射法可以制備出連續(xù)的GRC材料層,然后脫水形成具有一定塑性的板坯。

預(yù)拌法是將水泥、砂、水和添加劑與短切增強(qiáng)纖維原砂在攪拌機(jī)中混合,然后成型。要制作好的漿料,既有必要的和易性,又能使纖維均勻分散在其中;其次,將纖維混合到漿料中。根據(jù)成型方法的不同,預(yù)混工藝可分為預(yù)混澆注工藝和預(yù)混噴涂工藝。預(yù)拌澆筑工藝類似于預(yù)制混凝土產(chǎn)品,澆筑過程中常補(bǔ)充振動(dòng)工藝。
