2. Premixed method: after the fiber and slurry are premixed, they are poured on the mold, usually vibrating. It can be used to make sun blocking board, planting pot, substation room, junction box, drainage components, etc.

GRC采用噴射法制造時(shí)，水泥砂漿和切割好的AR-玻璃纖維同時(shí)從噴頭噴射到合適的模具上。水泥砂漿由可調(diào)泵送入噴槍，通過壓縮空氣分散成顆粒。將增強(qiáng)玻璃纖維粗紗喂入噴頭并切割成預(yù)定的長度，從而將短切原絲噴入分散的砂漿中，從而在模具上形成均勻的纖維砂漿層。

When GrC is made by spray method, cement mortar and cut ar glass fiber are sprayed from the nozzle to the appropriate mold at the same time. 1.手動(dòng)噴射法：操作者直接將料流噴涂在模具表面，直到達(dá)到一定厚度。通過壓輥使料層和模具的形狀完全一致，水泥砂漿滲入纖維中排除空氣，使料層達(dá)到要求的密實(shí)度。

1. Manual spray method: the operator directly spray the material flow on the surface of the mold until it reaches a certain thickness. The shape of the material layer and the mold is completely consistent through the pressure roller, and the cement mortar infiltrates into the fiber to eliminate the air, so that the material layer can reach the required compactness.

2.機(jī)械噴射法：主要用于生產(chǎn)扁平或淺的產(chǎn)品。當(dāng)模具在輥道或水平傳送帶上前進(jìn)時(shí)，它會(huì)通過一個(gè)配備有噴頭的橫向移動(dòng)系統(tǒng)。纖維水泥砂漿混合物可以噴涂到模具上。

2. Mechanical jet method: mainly used to produce flat or shallow products. As the die moves on the roller table or horizontal conveyor belt, it passes through a lateral movement system equipped with nozzles. The fiber cement mortar mixture can be sprayed onto the mold.
