一：制作造型骨架。一般要用鋼筋焊接骨架（小型雕塑也可用木材釘制）。骨架上纏繞多個(gè)十字型木托泥條，其密度根據(jù)實(shí)際需要確定，以保證上泥后不出現(xiàn)局部掉泥現(xiàn)象。骨架上較大的間隙可鋪設(shè)金屬網(wǎng)，以減少用泥量并保證雕塑不垮塌。

1： Make a modeling skeleton. The skeleton is usually welded with steel bars (small sculptures can also be nailed with wood). Several cross shaped wooden mud supporting strips are wound on the skeleton, and the density is determined according to the actual needs to ensure that there is no local mud falling after mud loading. 二：上大泥。上大泥是雕塑的基礎(chǔ)工序。上大泥后要一邊用木槌砸實(shí)一邊補(bǔ)平泥間空隙，以覆蓋雕塑造型。在此基礎(chǔ)上，再對上泥后的大造型進(jìn)行不斷的調(diào)整。（雕塑作品上須經(jīng)常噴水保持濕度，以防干裂）。

三：深入塑形。對于雕塑作品來說，塑形是雕塑的主體過程，是雕塑師采用各種手法對作品進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確、細(xì)致刻劃的階段。本階段同樣需要經(jīng)常對作品噴水保持濕度。

3： Deep shaping. For sculpture works, shaping is the main process of sculpture, and it is the stage in which sculptors use various methods to accurately and carefully describe the works. At this stage, it is also necessary to spray water on the works frequently to maintain humidity.

四：客戶（或受塑人）審核，修改精雕。雕塑師按客戶要求反復(fù)修改泥塑稿，并進(jìn)行細(xì)致精雕，不斷推敲調(diào)整達(dá)到很好。全部完成造型后使用刮片對泥塑進(jìn)行整體推光。

4： The customer (or the plastic recipient) reviews and modifies the fine carving. 5： Turnover. The block mold is divided and designed with slices on the clay plastic, and then soapy water is sprayed as isolation protection. The specific water proportioning amount of the outer and inner layers of the gypsum slurry will be mastered by professionals.

六：脫模。石膏硬化干燥后方可脫模。脫模后去掉分塊模具上的殘留泥，并對石膏模進(jìn)行細(xì)致修補(bǔ)。在此基礎(chǔ)上用金屬銅網(wǎng)進(jìn)行打磨。

6： Demoulding. The gypsum can be demoulded after hardening and drying. After demoulding, the residual mud on the block mold shall be removed, and the gypsum mold shall be carefully repaired. On this basis, metal copper mesh is used for polishing.

七：鑄形（以玻璃鋼為例，下同）。人員調(diào)配好樹脂加入催化劑、固化劑、填料和顯色劑等，對石膏模上頭層樹脂上漿。一般需要三到五層上漿過程，所需厚度根據(jù)雕塑作品情況確定，一般為0.5到2公分不等。

7： Casting (take FRP as an example, the same below). Professionals prepare the resin, add catalyst, curing agent, filler and color developing agent, etc., and paste the first layer of resin on the gypsum mold. Generally, three to five layers of sizing process are required, and the required thickness is determined according to the situation of the sculpture, generally ranging from 0.5 to 2 cm.

八：拼合分體模塊。將鑄形后的玻璃鋼體塊進(jìn)行組合，并補(bǔ)平和加固拼合后的縫隙。一般作品內(nèi)部有鋼筋支持體系骨架，拼合后較為牢固。

8： Split module. The glass fiber reinforced plastic blocks after casting are combined, and the gaps after assembling are filled and reinforced. Generally, there is a framework of reinforcement support system inside the works, which is more solid after assembly.
