依據(jù)設計方案規(guī)定農(nóng)村基層狀況工程施工自然環(huán)境和時節(jié)，挑選選購工業(yè)涂料以及他配套原材料。

①涂漆專用工具：排筆棕刷料桶等；

作業(yè)環(huán)境：

Working environment:

①混泥土和墻壁抹抹灰砂漿之上的灰完成，且歷經(jīng)干躁，GRC預制構件含水量應合乎以下規(guī)定：

① The water content of GRC prefabricated components shall meet the following requirements after the concrete and wall plastering mortar are completed and dry:

表層施涂溶劑型涂料時，含水量不可超過8%；

When applying solvent based coating on the surface, the water content shall not exceed 8%;

表層施涂水溶性和浮液建筑涂料時，含水量不可超過10%。

When applying water-soluble and floating architectural coatings on the surface, the water content shall not exceed 10%.

②水電工程及機器設備頂墻壁預埋埋件完成。

② Completion of embedded parts on the top wall of hydropower projects and machinery and equipment.

③門窗制作完成并已施涂一遍功底油（油酯耐磨涂料），如選用機械設備噴漆建筑涂料時，應將不噴漆的位置遮住，防止環(huán)境污染。

③ Doors and windows have been fabricated and applied with one coat of power base oil (oil ester wear-resistant coating). If mechanical equipment is selected to spray architectural coating, the position that is not sprayed shall be covered to prevent environmental pollution.

④水溶性和保濕乳液建筑涂料施涂時的工作溫度，隆源GRC預制構件應按產(chǎn)品手冊的溫控。冬季房間內(nèi)施涂建筑涂料時，應在集中供暖標準下開展，室內(nèi)溫度應維持平衡，不可忽然轉(zhuǎn)變。

分格縫：先依據(jù)設計方案規(guī)定開展吊豎直套方找老規(guī)矩彈分格縫。各項任務務必嚴苛按設計標高操縱好，務必確保房屋建筑四周要交圈，也要考慮到隆源GRC內(nèi)墻涂料工程項目分段進行時，應以分格縫墻的陰角線處或水落管等為交界線和沉降縫，豎直分格縫則務必開展吊直，干萬不能用尺量，不然差2mm亦會很顯著，縫格務必是豎直光潔大小一致等
