EPS裝飾線條的施工工藝：

Construction process of EPS decorative line:

1、待安裝線條部位其他施工程序已經(jīng)完成并驗(yàn)收合格;

2、根據(jù)施工圖紙，在要安裝線條的部位彈出定位線;

2. Pop up the positioning line at the position where the line is to be installed according to the construction drawing;

3、根據(jù)圖紙安裝尺寸切割線條，切割時(shí)要考慮拼接縫寬;

3. Cut the line according to the installation size of the drawing, and consider the splicing joint width during cutting;

4、線條粘貼時(shí)，網(wǎng)格布應(yīng)當(dāng)翻包，粘結(jié)劑使用聚合物粘結(jié)砂漿，采用薄層滿粘法進(jìn)行粘貼，用力擠壓線條使砂漿從周邊溢出，線條之間縫寬不大于3mm，粘結(jié)縫應(yīng)隨粘隨勾，灰縫飽滿，并保持線條表面的整潔;

4. When pasting the lines, the grid cloth shall be turned over, the adhesive shall be polymer bonded mortar, and the thin-layer full bonding method shall be adopted for pasting. The lines shall be squeezed to make the mortar overflow from the periphery. The joint width between the lines shall not be greater than 3mm. The bonding joint shall be hooked with adhesion, the mortar joint shall be full, and the surface of the lines shall be kept clean;

5、對(duì)于較大線條，安裝時(shí)要求設(shè)置支撐進(jìn)行臨時(shí)固定。

EPS裝飾線條施工注意事項(xiàng)：

Precautions for EPS decorative line construction:

1、施工時(shí)環(huán)境溫度應(yīng)不大于38℃，不低于5℃，低于此溫度時(shí)粘結(jié)砂漿必須采用抗凍配方。風(fēng)力不大于5級(jí);

1. During construction, the ambient temperature shall be no more than 38 ℃ and no less than 5 ℃. When the temperature is lower than this temperature, the bonding mortar must adopt the antifreeze formula. The wind force is not greater than level 5;

2、安裝、切割EPS構(gòu)件前，墻面不需灑水濕潤，粉塵、污漬等影響粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度雜物應(yīng)清理干凈;

2. Before installing and cutting EPS components, the wall does not need to be watered, and dust, stains and other sundries affecting the bonding strength shall be cleaned up;

3、拼裝時(shí)，拼裝縫應(yīng)盡量留于整根EPS構(gòu)件中間部位;

4、粘結(jié)EPS構(gòu)件時(shí)，砂漿用水按加水量進(jìn)行。但拼接時(shí)砂漿加水量應(yīng)較用量在1～2%;

4. When bonding EPS components, water for mortar shall be added according to the recommended water amount. However, the amount of mortar added during splicing shall be 1 ~ 2% higher than the recommended amount;

5、剛粘結(jié)的EPS構(gòu)件應(yīng)注意保養(yǎng)，安裝好的EPS線條要用彩布遮蓋，防止雨水沖刷、防止人為損壞。
